Yes, this service is complimentary — you only pay for the selected piece. Orders with custom engraving require full prepayment, as we create a piece that is made uniquely for you.
We have carefully selected pieces whose forms best suit engraving: pendants, bracelets, rings, ear cuffs, and earrings.

No. Jewelry with custom engraving is made specifically to order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged once engraving has been completed.
